Strong performance needs to last through the pull. Our Z10 tuning combines power matched to your hardware with intake-temperature control that helps reduce heat-related power loss. Every stage includes IAT-based fan control, while optional Dynamic Launch Control and Dynamic Fueling put the selected settings in your hands.

• Bosch injectors included: Stage 2 and Stage 3 packages include Bosch 1000cc injectors in the base price.

• Driver-selectable fuel settings: Choose the fuel setting within your purchased Dynamic Fueling option with the key on and engine off.
• Visible setting confirmation: The selected launch RPM and fuel setting appear on their respective gauges for 10 seconds at initial key-on when those upgrades are equipped.

IAT-based fan control: Included on all stages

IAT means intake air temperature. During a long pull, a stock-tuned Z10 can experience a substantial drop in power as intake temperatures rise. Lower IATs dramatically reduce this power drop, helping the vehicle maintain more consistent power throughout the pull.

The stock ECU uses ECT (engine coolant temperature) fan logic only, so its fan strategy follows coolant temperature. Packard Performance tuning uses IAT-based fan control to respond to the temperature of the intake air.

Our IAT-based fan control delivers an average 20°F reduction in intake air temperature. The benefit is reduced heat-related power drop during sustained pulls. This feature is included in Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3 at no additional charge.

Choose your tuning stage

Stage 1: Stock injector and stock exhaust

• Base price: $350.
• Hardware configuration: Stock injector and stock exhaust.
• Power: 195 WHP.
• Available upgrade: Launch Control for an additional $250.

Stage 2: Bosch 1000cc injectors and stock exhaust

• Base package: $700, including the Stage 2 ECU tune and Bosch 1000cc injectors.
• Exhaust setup: Stock exhaust.
• Power on 91 octane: 215 WHP.
• Power on E85 with Dynamic Fueling: 235 WHP.
• Available upgrades: Launch Control, Dynamic Fueling, or both.

Stage 3: Bosch 1000cc injectors and aftermarket exhaust

• Base package: $700, including the Stage 3 ECU tune and Bosch 1000cc injectors.
• Exhaust setup: Requires an aftermarket exhaust.
• Power on 91 octane: 220 WHP.
• Power on E85 with Dynamic Fueling: 245 WHP.
• Available upgrades: Launch Control, Dynamic Fueling, or both.

Optional tuning upgrades

Dynamic Launch Control: Add $250

Set the engine RPM used for launch to suit your setup and riding conditions. Dynamic Launch Control is available on Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3 and lets you choose your launch RPM with KOEO: key on, engine off.

• Adjustable range: 2,000 to 5,500 RPM in 250-RPM steps.
• 15 individually tuned settings: Every step is fully calibrated and tuned for that specific RPM setting.
• Gauge confirmation: The selected launch RPM is displayed on the RPM gauge for 10 seconds during initial key-on.

This gives you a choice of calibrated launch settings and a clear way to confirm which RPM is selected before starting the engine. Select Yes under Launch Control to add this feature.

Dynamic Fueling: Add $250

Dynamic Fueling lets you select the fuel setting for the fuel you are running within your purchased fuel option. Settings are user-definable with KOEO: key on, engine off. Available with Stage 2 and Stage 3 only, this upgrade gives you control over the selected fueling setting before starting the engine.

Choose one of these two Dynamic Fueling options for an additional $250:

• 91-octane fuel (E10) through E100, including E85.
• 91-octane, 97-octane (avgas), and 110-octane fuel.

Gauge confirmation: The selected fuel setting is displayed on the MPH gauge for 10 seconds during initial key-on, giving you a visible confirmation of the selection.

Choose your fuel option from the Dynamic Fueling selector when ordering, then use the KOEO adjustment to select the fuel setting within that option. Select No to order without Dynamic Fueling. The listed E85 power figures apply to the E10-through-E100 Dynamic Fueling option.

Launch Control + Dynamic Fueling: Add $400

Add Launch Control and either Dynamic Fueling option to Stage 2 or Stage 3 for $400 total, saving $100 compared with the two individual add-on prices.
