Packard Performance proudly introduces the ultimate performance upgrade for the RZR Pro R. This complete supercharger system features a state-of-the-art Rotrex centrifugal head unit, precision billet drive assembly, custom mounting system, high-flow intercooler package, and more.

Capable of producing 550+ horsepower and 22+ PSI of boost with supporting modifications.

At just 8 PSI on a completely stock engine, output increases from 225 HP to 380 HP — a gain of approximately 155 horsepower. The result is dramatically stronger acceleration, harder mid-range pull, and a completely different top-end feel while maintaining reliable street and trail manners.

We offer four versions depending on how involved you want to be and how much tuning control you want.

For experienced builders or performance shops handling their own calibration.

Ideal for custom builds or standalone ECU applications.

For customers who already have hardware and need proper tuning support.

Includes:

  • Rotrex supercharger system

  • All mounting hardware

  • High-flow injectors

  • 3-Bar MAP sensor

  • ECU unlock

  • Base calibration

Does not include:

  • HP Tuners RTD Module

  • HP Tuners credits

Perfect if you already own the supercharger system and need professional setup and tuning support.

Turnkey Kit Design

Engineered to work seamlessly with a completely stock vehicle while leaving:

  • Bed configuration untouched

  • Clutch ventilation system intact

  • OEM intake box in place

This allows full use of bed accessories and racks without interference from intercooler routing or additional forced induction components.

The OEM airlifter and clutch ducting remain functional, helping protect both the engine and clutch system from heat and debris.


Tuning & Operating Specifications

Installer must verify:

  • Maximum boost level (varies with elevation)

  • Intercooler fan operation

  • Clutching (target 8,200–8,400 RPM at max boost)

  • Air-Fuel Ratio (AFR)


Tuning Information

Tuning is performed using HP Tuners software.

Your stock ECU must be shipped to HP Tuners to be professionally unlocked before calibration can be completed. Once unlocked, we provide the proper base calibration.
