The paddle that started the Ultralight line. Sand Light rears for a stock to 250–300 hp car, 28 pounds a tire.

Tires are rotating and unsprung mass. Every pound off the tire is worth more than a pound off the chassis: quicker throttle response, faster spool, a suspension that reacts instead of catching up.

Comp cut drops 7–8 lb per rear tire. Tires are cut by a third party; lead times vary; comp-cut tires carry no warranty, puncture easier, and may hold small air leaks — sand only.

• HO (High Output) tires are recommended machines over 250 crank HP

Comp cut tires have no warranties. Comp cutting the tire does make the tire thin and increases risk of puncture. Exchanges and refunds will not be issued regardless of the run time. Rocks and sticks will puncture the tire. It is not recommended to comp cut tires running in this type of terrain. Comp cut tires may have small air leaks and threads exposed. It is recommended to inject 8oz of liquid starch per tire

We do not exchange tires that have been comp cut or attempt comp cutting through other venders. If the vender cuts through the threading/tire a new tire must be purchased.

Fill tires 8-10 psi for optimal performance.
